Description Michelangelo Scopelliti 2014-05-25 14:00:24 UTC
After installing tor (and thus tor.conf in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d), when booting, I have the following warning when /etc/init/tmpfiles.{dev,setup} are run:

tmpfiles: ignoring invalid entry on line 1 of `/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d//tor.conf

Besides that, tor seems to run fine.

Reproducible: Always

If you remove that line, which reads

#Type Path Mode UID GID Age Argument

does the warning go away?

Yes, the warning goes away. But since the file is provided by portage, I think the correction should be done in portage.

I wasn't suggesting removing that line is the fix, only a test.

Its fixed in portage without a rev-bump.

My bad. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
