Does not depend on bug 511146 since that handles other arches.

As always, please, please! Do it in one shoot. As for now, mdds went stable:

So emerge world fails with:

  (dev-util/mdds-0.10.3::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) conflicts with
    =dev-util/mdds-0.8*:= required by (app-office/libreoffice-4.1.4.2::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

we can't proceed, because of *depends on* bug

Yep, indeed. Just as a reminder for the future, in a case like this, the packages need to go stable 
* all at once or 
* not at all. 

Otherwise our users end up in dependency hell. This is the reason for the stabilization list here.

Please check your tree. I cannot reproduce this here.

I deleted my old gentoo-x86 tree and I pulled a new copy. I can reproduce it again.
