I suggest ebuild of czech man pages translations app-i18n/manpages-cs, like is manpages-de, manpages-ru, ...

Thanks for the ebuild. It looks like
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/linux/czman/man-pages-cs-0.16.tar.gz
is the original. What's the difference between this and 
http://homel.vsb.cz/~pop036/files/manpages-cs-0.16.tbz2?
If you know any suitable HOMEPAGE for this ebuild, please let me know
(I couldn't find one). Also, license term should be "freedist" rather
than "GPL-2". (README tells we can distribute these manpages freely
if we distribute them with nroff sources, but doesn't say it's GPL-2)

 ftp://ftp.pslib.cz/pub/users/Milan.Kerslager/man-pages-cs/ is official place, where czech man pages are (ftp.linux.cz mirrors it). http://homel.vsb.cz/~pop036 is only temporary, before incorporating to official distfiles. 

The files are the same, but they have different filenames and http://homel.vsb.cz/~pop036/files/manpages-cs-0.16.tbz2 is packed by tar/bzip2.

I changed name, because when I wrote ebuild, they were some problems with different names. What I did was first functional solution.

About licence you are right.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I thought ftp.linux.cz is the
primary site because it was written in README. I put homel.vsb.cz
on SRC_URI this time. Also I changed LICENSE to freedist. I've
just committed it to CVS.  Thanks for the report.
