212-r2 was replaced by -r3 due to typo in dbus paths.
Looks like stabilization of gnutls-3 will not happen in the near future. Will you stablemask the ssl use flag?

I think only ncbi-tools+ was pending (bug 421777), but I don't think it will be solved in the near future :/, but I am not sure if it should really block all the stabilization of gnutls-3
Systemd-212-r4 has issues as well. On my local it causes systemd.logind to fail as per http://sprunge.us/GNjS
