The current USE flag description uses the generic curl description which is not very informative.

The curl USE flag for MediaTomb enables YouTube support but it's also required when transcoding external sources e.g. Internet radio.

An issue regarding the latter was recently raised on the Gentoo forum[1]. To minimize these issues, I suggest that a local description of the curl USE flag be added.
