Hi!

Please find attached cphplib-0.46.ebuild

cphplib is a PHP-functions library. Those could simply be integrated into existing PHP-Scripts and allow an easy use.
These functions are very flexible to use because they are kept very common.

I suggest dev-php/cphplib.
