Description:   Opened: 2004-05-08 21:54 0000 
The media-libs/allegro dependancy seems to have gone missing between
raine-0.36.2 and raine-0.39.0, causing the merge to fail if it isn't already
present.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. 'emerge raine' without having previously merged allegro.
Actual Results:  
The archive was downloaded, deflated and patched. Configure fails partway 
through complaining about missing allegro-config. 

Expected Results:
