Mendeley was updated to version 1.11. As the package is fetch restricted a version bump is desirable.

I just renamed the 1.10.3 ebuild (Bug 499600), no additional changes needed.
As previously described the tarball does not contain the FAQ.pdf anymore since version 1.10.3. Therefore this file has to be excluded from the dodoc step. Tested the ebuild in my local overlay.
