Description Émeric Maschino 2014-02-17 23:20:13 UTC
Emerging pyopenssl with tests enabled fails on test_crypto.py.

From build.log, relevant part seems to be:

Also affects dev-python/pyopenssl-0.14.

Comment 6 Ian Delaney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2014-03-22 08:26:49 UTC
am wondering why you don't also get failure of test_wantWriteError, which both myself and Arfrever register.  The addition to python_prepare of;

        # https://github.com/pyca/pyopenssl/issues/41
        sed -e "s/test_digest/_&/" -i OpenSSL/test/test_crypto.py
        # https://github.com/pyca/pyopenssl/issues/67
        sed -e "s/test_wantWriteError/_&/" -i OpenSSL/test/test_ssl.py

taken from progress' ebuild works. While I could commit this on the spot, I elect to wait a while to see if upstream manages and 'progress', but at this stage it's not looking good.

  skip broken tests, fix matches findings of Arfrever, upstream notifies, fixes
  Bug #501636 by E. Maschino, update doc install
