during the move from 1.7 to 1.8, many of the efl libs have been merged into a single package, dev-libs/efl.
Since the 1.7 libs wont get further updates, all depending packages are migrating to dev-libs/efl.

Since dev-libs/efl does not yet have the ~arm keyword, all depending packages had to drop that keyword during that migration.

So please keyword/re-keyword:

dev-libs/efl
