net-libs/webkit-gtk-2.2.2 depends on rubygems for ruby 1.8, 1.9 or 2.0 currently. It compiles fine with ruby 2.1, and at least on my system was the last package that required the obsolete 2.0.

Does this force to install ruby even if "-ruby" is set in /etc/portage/make.conf ?
