Fresh install net-dns/bind. At the top of /etc/bind/named.conf:

/*
 * Refer to the named.conf(5) and named(8) man pages, and the documentation
 * in /usr/share/doc/bind-9 for more details.
 * Online versions of the documentation can be found here:
 * http://www.isc.org/software/bind/documentation
[ ... snip ...]

The link http://www.isc.org/software/bind/documentation is 404.

Two possible more correct links are:

 - https://kb.isc.org/article/AA-01031
 - http://www.bind9.net/manuals

This has been fixed in >=9.9.5_p1. Thanks!
