He has been helping us regarding to Vietnamese support in Gentoo
with bugzilla for a while. He could possibly be a maintainer of
dev-tex/vntex (Vietnamese LaTeX), app-i18n/xvnkb (Vietnamese input
method) and yet to come x-unikey (Vietnamese XIM). He is willing to
join cjk herd to help out other cjk-related packages such as cjk-latex.
Gentoo Vietnamese support is very poor since none of us in cjk herd
speak Vietnamese, so I hope he will improve our distribution if he
would join our team.

Two week evaluation period starts 2nd of May 2004. I'll guide him
through the new dev process.

He needs to be cc'd on this bug.

Duy, have you sent your signature, ssh key and answer of the quiz to recruiters?

No, he has not. I'm going to be going out of town on saturday, and won't be
back till the 17th. If any of the other recruiters want to pick this up when he
sends in the info we need feel free to. If not, I'll get him when I can.

 We still need quiz, copyright, public ssh2 dsa key, and public gpg key.

He's the first Vietnamese dev so it's good to announce his joining to the team ;)

Nguyen sent a mail to gentoo-core@ today stating he wants to retire as a Gentoo
developer due to long inactivity.
