@Pinkbyte, last versions of those packages even have no ~ppc keywords, i assume it is mistake and we should not touch it on ppc?

@zlogene: it seems that ~ppc keyword was not readded in all revisions properly in bug #455960. As dependency changes are small and this is not version bump, just revision one, i think we can proceed with straight to stable on ppc.
