I have graphical problems with this new version (some transparencies, no
green... etc.) 
Reemerging the old 1.2.1 the problems dissapears... so it's something with this
new version. 
Anyone with the same issue?

Maybe the dependencies aren't quite right. Here is some of my setup:
media-libs/libsdl-1.2.7
media-libs/sdl-mixer-1.2.5-r1
media-libs/sdl-ttf-2.0.6
media-libs/sdl-image-1.2.3

Is yours different? If so, the dependencies in the new ebuild may need updating.
