Description Andrius Štikonas 2013-12-07 16:08:43 UTC
dev-vcs/gitolite-3.5.3.1 compiles on arm. I've tested it for about two weeks and everything seems to work fine.

@ARM Team: Can you confirm that?

What device did you build it on? armv4/5/6/7?
Comment 3 Andrius Štikonas 2013-12-11 05:52:57 UTC
It was armv7. Actually, the device was Odroid-U2. I am still new to Gentoo on ARM, so haven't thought that this could make a difference but it probably can. Should I still report similar KEYWORDREQ bugs in the future?

Absolutely report them, just please mention what device you tested, as well as the useflags that were enabled/disabled! It should show up with the usual information,

emerge --info
device
emerge -pv packagename

This gives us pretty much everything we need to know.

idl0r feel free to add ~arm to 3.5.3.1. As it relies on any git version above 1.6.6 I don't forsee any issues (git 1.8+ has issues on a uclibc based system).

~arm added, thanks for the report! Closing.
