Hello.

After rebuild of kde-l10n-4.11.3 the following message is printed by portage:

QA: setup
Handbook support is enabled via KDE_HANDBOOK=optional in the ebuild.
Please do not just set IUSE=handbook, as this leads to dependency errors.

Please fix.
