Updated and streamlined ebuild for libspf2-1.0.4

Any interest in getting this committed? There are several packages I'd like to
work on a USE="spf" for. This would be step #1 in getting that into portage.

The author has an ebuild on the download page:
http://www.libspf2.org/dist/libspf2-1.0.4.ebuild

Here is a slimmed down version which does not build or install
experimental/test programs, only libspf.so and spfquery

Compiled fine for me. I'd like to see an SPF keyword so exim could be compiled
with support for this.

there is interest to getting ebuilds for libspf2 & libsrs2. i have created the
dirs under mail-filter and will be putting ebuilds up shortly.

Ok, libspf2 is in portage (as well as libsrs2).

Closing.
