I've copied over the latest doxygen ebuild (1.3.5-r1) and modified it to work for v1.3.6 on x86. Eveything builds and installs fine.

As per "Common Gentoo Ebuild Mistakes" document, I'm NOT submitting an ebuild script with this bug report, as it is unchanged from that for 1.3.5-r1.

Please add to Portage asa convenient.

doxygen-1.3.6.ebuild (~x86) now in portage...
