Description Greg Turner 2013-10-13 02:21:28 UTC
sys-apps/findutils contains some prefix-specific thing fixing a problem that's now resolved upstream. Or so I'm told by posters in bug #469206.

Anyhow, everything seems to go correctly if I apply a change like the enclosed patch; otherwise, the ebuild dies in src_prepare.

The problem only manifests in a prefix for reasons that should be obvious.

Reproducible: Always

Since the old bug caused a build failure and the generated gnu find with the enclosed patch applied seems to do gnu-find-ey things OK, I am reasonably confident this really is fixed upstream.

per the original bug this is correct. patch accepted, thanks Gregory
