Connects to ./configure --enable-tclinterp


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge vim
2. vim
3. :tcl puts "Hello world"
Actual Results:  
(I just patched my local machine, so I forget what it actually says - but it complains about Tcl not being enabled)

Expected Results:  
"Hello world" in status line

Incidentally, why do all {,g}vim-7.4.* ebuilds have the same DESCRIPTION as vim-core?
