Description:   Opened: 2004-04-19 15:43 0000 
The latex2rtf.info file does not contain an INFO-DIR-SECTION.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --verbose latex2rtf

Actual Results:  
Info regeneration error on latex2rtf.info due to missing DIR-SECTION.

Expected Results:  
Regenerating the info directory index should be succesful.

Created an attachment (id=29662) [edit]
Adds INFO-DIR-SECTION to latex2rtf.info and @direntry to latex2rtf.texi

This patch is against latex2rtf-1.9.15.ebuild and will place the latex2rtf.info
dir index entry in the TeX section.
