This is probably going to be fixed when the package is updated to use the new webapps eclass changes from GLEP #11. I'll look into it. In the meantime I've removed 0.9.1 and 0.9.2 from portage since they are obsolete now.
OK I moved the webapp-detect call into pkg_setup(). repoman scan still reports instances for mod_php and apache, but none for this package in particular. Changes committed to CVS.
