Created attachment 356808 [details] Suggested ebuild for sci-chemistry/coot-0.7.1 Hi, A new version (0.7.1) of sci-chemistry/coot is available from upstream. I have recycled the 0.7 ebuild and associated files for a new 0.7.1 ebuild and Coot seems to compile and work OK with this. The only change required was a new download link: http://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/Personal/pemsley/coot/source/releases/coot-0.7.1.tar.gz The coot web page has moved to http://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/personal/pemsley/coot/ Thanks, Markus
