          This patch for extract/stylesheets/toc.xsl does two things:
          * adds support for  so that structure of documents
            marked up as a book consisting of parts is preserved
          * adds support for the wrapped chapters of the user guide so
            they get correct TOC-s
          the second use (and the need for it) will hopefully go away soon after
          gnome 2.0.0 when a better solution is found.
