pikdev segfaults when closing, also install does not add pikdev to kde's menu



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run pikdev
2. Added to menu at install time
3.

Actual Results:  
segfaults on close 

Expected Results:  
close cleanly

I got an email back from the author saying it could be beacuse the parallel
port isn't configured but it works for him fine. Hmm. Only day I'm going to
compile this with full debugging support, learn a bit of kde internals and
hopefully squash this bug. In the mean time I'm just hoping the next version
fixes it.

segfault fixed in 0.6.6a

If a fix for the menu adding is added I'll put it in.
