Aspell ebuild fails when -fno-rtti is used in CXXFLAGS. Gcc refuses to build
because of specific features used in source.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
Please add:
filter-flags "-fno-rtti" to aspell ebuild
