Sure, go ahead after required >=dev-libs/glib-2.36 is in stable. Is 2.36.3-r1 good to go?

Simple sample systemd unit file (to completed) to stabilize version

We can stabilize 2.82-r3 which works with older glib, and restores Qt 4.x support to level where it was with 2.81.

Arch's, please test and stabilize:

=net-p2p/transmission-2.82-r3 amd64 ppc ppc64 x86
