We need to remember to stabilize this soon as it provides unit files for systemd. Feel free to CC arches when you feel it's safe

I see some pending bugs that could block this one if they are really regressions :/

The systemd part could be backported to 1.8.1.x and, then, being able to stabilize it soon, but I think perl team needs newer version

bug 479628 is probably the major blocker since the remaining ones shouldn't be hard to solve
