NSS 3.15.1 has been released, as per https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/NSS/NSS_3.15.1_release_notes

It is a minor release from NSS 3.15

It contains at least two bug fixes that are relevant for consumers such as Chromium:
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=856060 - "Enforce name constraints on the common name in libpkix  when no subjectAltName is present."
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=875601 - "SECMOD_CloseUserDB/SECMOD_OpenUserDB fails to reset the token delay, leading to spurious failures."

It does not appear to be being worked on in http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/mozilla.git yet
