New GTK2 patch, mainly fixing bugs.
Ebuild needs bumping to 0.31_pre2-r2 and apply -dsd3 patch.

Note that its a .bz2 now - the patch was getting too big. I'm not sure if epatch copes with this automatically, but if not, please instruct the ebuild to bunzip2 it first.
