I added the support for running multiple clients for multiprocessor machines. Added the ability to pass options to the Folding clients. This can be done through the use of the foldingathome conf.d file. Added a new init.d script for accomadate this, as well has a new initfolding for easy configuring of the client.cfg file in every directory.

Is there some reason why you removed the code that changed the user to some unprivileged account? However, it would have been nice if you had mentioned this "feature" :-) Thanks anyway, just went into portage with slight changes (logging, user change)
Thanks for catching that. It slipped my mind completely. :)
About the logging though, I did remove that since the clients make their own log files in the current directory as FAHlog.txt. I didn't think it was necessary to have it output to a second file.
Been running for about a week straight now, no problems. Should probably be marked as stable on x86 now.
Don't know what I was thinking. Been running since Friday the 23rd.
