The latest upstream stable version of zeromq has no bugs for over 30 days. Given that we do not have 0mq3 stable yet, this would be a great candidate. If there is some reason to keep 0mq2 stable as well, we may want to consider slotting versions 2 and 3. Reproducible: Always
