After upgrading to x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.21.10 some jpg in firefox are displayed as totally black.
This might be an upstream problem.
reverting to 
x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.21.9 solve the problem.

seems to be with sna enabled.

I have the same problem with xf86-video-intel-2.21.10 (sna enabled) and firefox 17.0.6.

Fixed in 2.21.10-r1
