The "mcstrans" application/daemon is used to provide human-readable category information. It is provided by the policycoreutils package, but is not built by default (need to adjust Makefile).

Include mcstrans build

Patch for inclusion in policycoreutils patchbundle

This will build the mcstrans software (daemon) with policycoreutils.

We still need to provide an init script to launch mcstransd in the background, potentially with a few SELinux policy fixes for it though.
