Description:   Opened: 2004-04-06 06:40 0000
app-sci/glpk-4.2 ebuild uses a USE flag but does not list it at IUSE variable.
The java build proccess doesn't work, the way it is done you need to have glpk
already installed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -c glpk
2. USE="java" emerge glpk
3. emake java will always fail in this case

Actual Results:
emake error

Expected Results:
should have been successfully installed
