Description Jarry 2013-05-11 19:42:08 UTC
After installation of app-admin/monit-5.3.2 its configuration file /etc/monitrc has "-rwx------" attributes. While it is not a bug preventing correct function, I still think it represents unnecessary risk to have any executable files in /etc. Especially if it is not necessary.

Fix is quite trivial: I removed "x" attribute from /etc/monitrc on my 6 servers, and monit works without any problem...

Good idea :)
