probably works if you `emerge dev-util/gtk-doc` first

SpanKY is right, it compiles just fine after emerging dev-util/gtk-doc

Commit message: Always depend on gtk-doc since we have to generate autotools

Please reopen, same problem on net-libs/libqmi-1.0.0.
