Steps to Reproduce:

I took the 1.5.8 ebuild, copied it to ${PORTAGE_OVERLAY}, changed the Version
in ebuild name to 1.5.9, made a digest File as decribe in the error message
from 'emerge scite' and it works.

Some issues with UTF8 and non-us Languages seems to be corrected.
