yes, with' WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.12' it works

I'm experiencing a similar bug: aclocal-1.12: error: aclocal: file 'cmulocal/ltversion.m4' does not exist build.log and emerge info to be attached.

Joining the crowd. Issue still present with version 2.1.26-r3 Fixed with WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.12 Should this not be added into the ebuild?
