Hi,

this ebuild adds eximon to exim when the X useflag is enabled.
It also makes the perl-compilation conditional. A typo was fixed,
that enables mailstore-format. The dependency on libpcre was removed,
because exim uses its internaly shipped pcre-version, which is stripped 
to the needed features.

This bug is provide fixes for 
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37964, (conditional perl and mbox)
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31816, (dependancy on libpcre)
plus a few others, 

when attaching enhancements, please attach as a diff, rather than a full ebuild :)

X/eximon was already in another bug, and long since fixed,
mailstore typo was fixed a while back,

so I believe all the original points are sorted.
