src_unpack with USE=proc tries to apply the "aufs3-proc.patch" patch, which does not exist. "aufs3-proc_map.patch" should be the correct one. It seems that all versions of aufs-sources supporting the proc USE flag are affected by this issue. I'm able to reproduce it with 3.8.7, 3.8.8 and 3.8.10 (at least).
