Failed Running Automake

I tried to install libqmi, but it fail. I also tried masking the package and unmerging it to use a old version, but it doesn't work:

jupiter ~ # emerge -av libqmi

 * IMPORTANT: 4 news items need reading for repository 'gentoo'.
 * Use eselect news to read news items.

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild NS #] sys-devel/automake-1.12.6:1.12 [1.10.3:1.10] 1,368 kB
[ebuild N ~] net-libs/libqmi-1.0.0 USE="-doc -static-libs {-test}" 0 kB

Total: 2 packages (1 new, 1 in new slot), Size of downloads: 1,368 kB

The following mask changes are necessary to proceed:
(see "package.unmask" in the portage(5) man page for more details)
# required by net-libs/libqmi-1.0.0
# required by libqmi (argument)
# /etc/portage/package.mask:
=sys-devel/automake-1.12.6

NOTE: The --autounmask-keep-masks option will prevent emerge
from creating package.unmask or ** keyword changes.

Use --autounmask-write to write changes to config files (honoring
CONFIG_PROTECT). Carefully examine the list of proposed changes,
paying special attention to mask or keyword changes that may expose
experimental or unstable packages.

Or with WANT_AUTOMAKE="1.12.6" emerge libqmi

I don't know how to fix it

Comment 1 Mauro Crociara 2013-04-26 11:04:51 UTC
The problem was:

Building fails: automake: cannot open < gtk-doc.make: File or directory not found

Solved with: emerge -av gtk-doc (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=686941)

Now there's another error:
