bug 465816 is only w/unstable texinfo, so that doesn't make sense

bug 438692 should be fixed first

I get:

(sys-libs/glibc-2.16.0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) conflicts with
    <sys-libs/glibc-2.16 required by (dev-libs/boost-1.49.0-r2::gentoo, installed)

We need first to resolve the boost tracker and stabilize it. Re-add arches at proper time
