Portage triggered a rebuild of glibc (because there was some new USE flag added), but the build fails.

$ emerge -pqv '=sys-libs/glibc-2.16.0'

Downgrading texinfo to 4.13-r2 fixed the issue.

So should Gentoo apply the patch to 2.16.0? Or will there be a 2.16.1 soon that includes it? As things stand now, sys-libs/glibc-2.16.0 is broken.
