0.11.0 is the development series of nodejs. A simple rename from 0.10.x works nicely.

I'd like to mask/unkeyword this so we get some kind of distinction in nodejs packages. Users running unstable should get the 0.10.x stuff, not this.

Once 0.10.{4,5} is out and deemed a good candidate, we should go for STABLEREQ and then make the 0.11.x series unstable.
