Anjuta was dropped from the stabilization list on bug #458984, now stable anjuta-3.4.2 cannot build on current stable systems.  It seems to have problems with x11-libs/gtksourceview-3.6* (bug #463491) and dev-libs/gdl-3.6*, maybe more.  What happened that made us nix this stabilization?

1)Don't call arches on your own

2)You need to understand _why_ it was dropped before file a bug

3)When I did the stabilization, repoman complains, so _after_ pacho's consent I drop anjuta.

Ago, could you help me to check this in stable (I am now running Gnome 3.8):
I think we could stabilize:
dev-util/anjuta-3.6.2-r1
dev-util/devhelp-3.6.1-r1

if we add:
=dev-util/devhelp-3.6.1-r1 gedit

to /usr/portage/profiles/eapi-5-files/package.use.stable.mask

Alpha and ia64 should stabilize only devhelp.
