The SRC_URI in the 3.0.16 ebuild points to a non-existent upstream file. There is no "dosfstools-3.0.16.orig.xz"

It did exist and the regularly named file didn't for a while after it was officially released. It would be nice if upstream didn't retroactively change file names of released tarballs.

Fixed in CVS.
