skipping 1.5.14 to avoid bugging archteams too soon again

please test and mark =media-libs/libpng-1.5.15 stable since it's the last version from 1.5 series in SLOT="0" to stabilize

it's been in tree for a week+ now, so if you want to give it another week or two, that's fine, but notice now that ~arch has 1.6.* by default, it won't get anymore testing there (!)
