Please, bump mendeleydesktop to v1.8.2

I can confirm that renaming the existing 1.8 ebuild to 1.8.2 and downloading the new tarball works without any issues.

Tested on ~amd64 and ~x86.

Version 1.8.3 has been released by upstream.

I've tested that renaming the existing ebuild to mendeleydesktop-1.8.3.ebuild and downloading the updated tarball works on ~amd64.

It would be nice to see this made official. The desktop client pops up a dialog on every startup asking to be upgraded to 1.8.3.
